Nature of the service

Niamien Couture offers made-to-measure creations and limited-run ready-to-wear pieces. The selection made on the site (cart) is an expression of interest, not a firm order: final price, timelines and delivery terms are confirmed directly with the atelier during your appointment.

Appointment and confirmation

Any request submitted through the appointment form or the cart is reviewed by the atelier, which will contact you by email or phone to confirm the details of your project, the price and any deposit before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery is complimentary, on terms agreed with the atelier when your order is confirmed.

Returns

Ready-to-wear pieces delivered not as ordered may be returned within 30 days; made-to-measure creations, produced specifically for you, are reviewed case by case with the atelier.

Presentation case

Every creation is numbered and delivered in its presentation case.
